While interiors are very important, building exteriors provide the first impression. So, when done properly, they demonstrate the quality of work that will be found on the interior.

Tiburon Pool and Site Work

Perched on a hillside with priceless views of the bay, Sausalito, and the Golden Gate Bridge, this property required a complete site renovation. The swimming pool was entirely reconstructed, with the hot tub relocated and integrated into the main pool structure. All existing landscaping elements—including concrete walls, stairways, and walkways—were removed and reconfigured. Finally, the trellis was taken down to open up an even more spectacular panorama of the bay’s horizon.
