This project was a beautiful example how you create a beautiful kitchen that balances the bright colors of interior finishes with the splendid colors and lights that radiate in from the exterior.

This project was a penthouse remodel that allowed the space to be better utilized with improvements to both the form and function of the entire top floor.

While interiors are very important, building exteriors provide the first impression. So, when done properly, they demonstrate the quality of work that will be found on the interior.

Sometimes stairways and other areas of the remodel can stand out as specific, completely unique features.

Victrorian

This very old house was renovated to bring the structure up to current building code standards.  The work included a complete seismic upgrade, new windows, roofs, kitchens, bathrooms, and utilities.   It further split the home into two individual units with a four-car, below-grade, off-street parking garage.   Also, it included a four-stop elevator that serviced each unit independently.    The last improvement was a classic, multi-color Victorian paint job.   In the end, we transformed the house from the past into a home of the present.
